fix(sl): correct Slovenian translations — remove Cyrillic, fix grammar, replace Serbian/Croatian words (Sam & Claude)
- Remove Cyrillic characters from 6 files (controlplane, deployment-models, requirements, security, channels-roadmap, install/index)
- Replace Serbian/Croatian words: resursi→viri, instaliran→nameščen, izvršavanje→izvajanje, korijen→koren, avtomatično→samodejno, proverji→preveri
- Fix garbled/corrupted text: jajličnem okoljuimemu, Dostoпп, imeivnosti, konfiguracijoda
- Fix gender/case agreement errors across 15+ files
- Fix terminology: zapora consistently (not zaboro/zabor/zapor)
- Fix typos: Namestitvel→Namestitev, Bootabilna→Zagonljiva, Telegrma→Telegrama
- Formalize verb forms (želiš→želite) for consistent documentation register

Complete Slovenian documentation translation (all 31 files)
Add comprehensive Slovenian translations for all documentation sections:
- Operate (5 files): security, monitoring, db-disaster-recovery, git-storage, index
- Reference (3 files): multi-agent, sdk-deep-dive, index
- Roadmap (3 files): channels-plan, channels-roadmap, index
Previously completed sections (22 files):
- Localization (4 files)
- Install (6 files)
- Architecture (9 files)
- Root index (1 file)
All 31 English markdown files now have Slovenian equivalents ready for Astro
Starlight multi-locale rendering. Markdown-only MVP strategy: docs served directly
from nginx without HTML compilation.
