gavrielc d84243b370 docs: make /update skill discoverable, add auto version bumping ... Add /update to skills tables in CLAUDE.md and REQUIREMENTS.md. Add "Updating" section to README. Remove /add-telegram and /add-discord from RFS (already exist). Add CI workflow to bump patch version on source/container changes.
