Converts US/ISO prose dates to EU DD.mon.YYYY per AGENTS.md across iso docs (CHANGELOG, plans, handoffs, wiki-linked docs). Left as data (ISO correct): the sample log lines in FIRSTBOOT.md and the ADMIN-PANEL.md UI mockup (log timestamps + snapshot names). Verified no prose ISO dates remain. Markdown gate clean.
