9 docs contained references to 'legacy' code/paths/encodings.
Removed the archaeology — these paths exist now, they're valid, just
document them without apology or historical commentary.
Pattern applied:
- Don't say '(legacy)' — just list the path in precedence order
- Don't say 'was handled by legacy X' — say 'not yet in colibri installer'
- Don't say 'legacy encoding' — just state 'must remain UTF-8'
- Describe what exists, state what's out of scope, skip the past
Also fixed Prettier drift in cost-dashboard.md, mother-hive.md (table
alignment, list spacing) that accumulated across recent merges.

- colibri.md: complete rewrite — was TypeScript "event fabric" with pi-centric
ingestion modules, proof gates, Herdr evaluation. Now describes the actual
v0.12 Rust control plane: crate map, agent model (zot/pi), mother MCP flow,
links to wiki decision pages.
- "broken" → "inconsistent" (docs-publishing), "compromised" (install),
"not suitable" (sdk-deep-dive)
- Zero remainders: no kill, smoke, fake, hacky, TODOs, stale pi patterns
