Renames test file + function to remove negative framing:

  • zot_rpc_smoke.rs → zot_rpc_driver.rs
  • zot_rpc_driver_delivers_prompt_and_streams_events → zot_rpc_roundtrip
  • Updates doc comment + 3 wiki pages.
