Two fixes to prevent future misinterpretations:

pull-requests.md: Added note that examples are illustrative snapshots, not a fixed list. Directs readers to git log for current state.

agent-events-reference.md: Removed 3 remaining colibri#143 issue references. Replaced with plain descriptions.

Gates: wiki-lint 185/0, prettier clean.
