fix(skills): repair colibri reference drift from the smoke->check/test renames 8ad45a943b

Colibri renamed colibri-smoke-agent -> colibri-test-agent (9891d06),
live_socket_smoke.rs -> live_socket_check.rs (smoke_config -> check_config),
the default test session ID "manual-smoke" -> "manual-test", and the live
test tmp dir to /tmp/colibri-live-test-*. These runbooks still pointed at
the old names, so following them fails as written:

- colibri-development: SKILL.md, freebsd-daemon-smoke.md (renamed to
  freebsd-daemon-check.md), store-integration.md, multiagent-handoff.md,
  iso-integration.md — dead binary/file/fn names + dead cleanup globs
- herdr-deployment: colibri-harness.md (binary, session ID, test file,
  dead Codeberg remote -> code.smilepowered.org), SKILL.md heading,
  smoke-checklist.md renamed to remote-checklist.md
- forgejo-operations: colibri-validation-commands.md dead binary name
- terminology sweep rides along ("smoke" -> verification/check per house
  style); historical session-report filenames left untouched

Grounded against clawdie-iso: build.sh:399 hard-requires colibri-daemon,
colibri, AND colibri-mcp; stage-colibri-iso.sh also stages colibri-test-agent
(COLIBRI_STAGE_TEST_AGENT=YES) and colibri-tui (default on). The port
Makefile's 6th binary (clawdie) is port-only, never ISO-staged.
