Keep the host baseline in sync with clawdie-iso pkg-list-host.txt (Tier 1 hermes
deps). ffmpeg (media/voice), py311-pillow (hermes core Pillow dep via
--system-site-packages venv), python311 explicit (python3 = 3.11).
