Deferred companion to #105. Stages the publish-time doc bump 0.10.0 → 0.11.0 so it's ready to fire the moment the 0.11.0 image is built and uploaded.

Changed:

  • Artifact filenames + osa download/verify URLs: FLASHING.md, README.md, TESTING.md, BUILD.md, skills/iso-publish/SKILL.md.
  • ISO product-version claims: README.md, BUILD.md (ISO_VERSION default + product-version line).
  • Enriched the existing CHANGELOG [0.11.0] entry with this cycle's operator-facing ISO merges (OOTB Join Hive vault provisioning, Tailscale auto-join, Mother MCP link, jq) and the zot v0.2.42 pin.

Deliberately NOT changed: --clawdie-version 0.10.0 examples (that's the clawdie-ai version namespace, not the ISO version) and the [0.10.0] CHANGELOG history.

⛔ HOLD — do not merge until the 0.11.0 image is actually built and hosted. The download URLs point at clawdie-quindecim-0.11.0.img.xz, which 404s until upload. Also finalize the CHANGELOG [0.11.0] date to the real publish day at merge.

Disjoint from #105 (no shared files). Validation: ./scripts/check-format.sh clean.
