Pins the zot agent build hint to v0.2.47 (current latest tag).

The preflight_colibri_artifacts checkout hint defaulted to v0.2.42 while the colibri FreeBSD build-lane handoff still named v0.2.29. With three references disagreeing, the FreeBSD agent could build the wrong agent version at G1. This pins the hint so every reference agrees and a release build targets one fixed agent version.

Paired with clawdie/colibri#pin-zot-v0.2.47, which pins the handoff doc.

The preflight checkout hint defaulted to v0.2.42 while the FreeBSD
build-lane handoff still named v0.2.29. Pin both to the current latest
