Wide plans-status audit after today's milestones — two bumps, both facts:

  • 15.jul.26-live-mdo-to-doas.md: status no longer says "Tier 3 pending" — the companion colibri PR exists (colibri #434, the 7-file docs sweep; checklist item 11).
  • 08.jul.26-valhala-mother-milestone.md: dated progress note — first complete build.sh image ever, built on valhala 19.jul.26 (clawdie-quindecim-0.13.0.img, dev, Colibri tier, keys baked), with the 8-root-cause PR chain (#270–#277) recorded and the hardware boot test named as the next gate.

Audited and deliberately left alone: minimal-pi-tier.md (default-posture claim still true), 05.jul.26-zfs-clone-install.md (its TBDs need measurements not yet taken), custom-iso-saas / pkgcache-reproducibility / retire-nvidia-universal-repo (unaffected by today), and all dated colibri plans (site-conversion correction already merged; install-image-parity marked implemented; fabric-phase0 docs are honestly-labeled drafts).

Gates: ./scripts/check-format.sh green.
