• AGENTS.md: Cross-Repo Coordination table updated (colibri, clawdie-iso, zot); removed clawdie-ai from Agent/Codebase Check-In Matrix; added note that clawdie-ai retired
• ADMIN-PANEL.md: Config path updated from /home/clawdie/clawdie-ai/.env to /home/clawdie/.env; all sudo references changed to doas; doas.conf format instead of sudoers.d

All formatting gates pass
