dd0fbb1fed fix(ports): use MASTER_SITES for Forgejo, not GH_ACCOUNT 
- Replace GH_ACCOUNT+GH_PROJECT with MASTER_SITES pointing at
  code.smilepowered.org/clawdie/colibri/archive/
- Fix distinfo to match Forgejo archive naming (v0.0.1.tar.gz)
