Rewrites agent-harness.md (EN + SL) as a technical reference:

Removed:

  • "Sam rejected merging them, 13.jun.2026"
  • "colibri#143" issue references
  • stale "#[ignore], ZOT_BIN-gated" (test is now PATH-aware)
  • "pi remains a supported fallback" (contradicts naming decisions)
  • AGENTS.md line numbers (~18–32)
  • "how a half-finished rename reached main"

Added:

  • Autospawn capabilities probe (ollama, blender, llama.cpp)
  • Agent registration + scheduler routing flow
  • Current test state (zot_rpc_driver auto-finds zot in PATH)
