Rewrites agent-harness.md (EN + SL) as a technical reference:

Removed:

"Sam rejected merging them, 13.jun.2026"
"colibri#143" issue references
stale "#[ignore], ZOT_BIN-gated" (test is now PATH-aware)
"pi remains a supported fallback" (contradicts naming decisions)
AGENTS.md line numbers (~18–32)
"how a half-finished rename reached main"

Added:

Autospawn capabilities probe (ollama, blender, llama.cpp)
Agent registration + scheduler routing flow
Current test state (zot_rpc_driver auto-finds zot in PATH)
