Converts US/ISO prose dates to EU DD.mon.YYYY per AGENTS.md across colibri docs + wiki. Left as data (ISO is correct there): the captured JSON "time" timestamp in AGENT-EVENTS-REFERENCE, and the rustc/cargo version strings in CLAWDIE-INSTALLER-HANDOFF (March/Jan, inside a code block). Verified only those 3 data dates remain. wiki-lint --strict + format clean.
