Extend the okf gate to all remaining in-scope markdown: docs/ root pages,
docs/wiki (+sl), docs/plans, docs/guide (+sl), repo/bootstraps READMEs, and
packaging docs. source_of_truth mapped to matching crates; platform_notes
added where platform-specific. Fixes corrupted line-number prefixes in
docs/wiki/sl/mother-hive.md. check-okf PASS: 11 -> 170 (remaining FAILs are
.agent/skills legacy artifacts plus the two known clawdie-iso cross-repo refs).
