Remove 12 clawdie-ai/NanoClaw TS-era channel and tool-integration skills
(add-discord, add-gmail, add-protonmail, add-slack, add-telegram,
add-telegram-swarm, add-voice-transcription, add-parallel, customize,
x-integration, docs-deployment, docs-localization-pipeline) — channels
now live in zot, Crowdin retired. Add okf frontmatter to all 91 surviving
skill .md files (SKILL.md + references/intent); importer ignores unknown
keys so the catalog index is unchanged. okf gate: 170 -> 261 PASS.

Note: cargo test not run on this host (no Rust toolchain); importer parse
verified via replica, no test depends on live .agent/skills content.
