ci: clippy/format/okf fixes for upstream merge ... e6afec0874

- clawdie: fix field_reassign_with_default in main.rs, plan.rs, platform.rs tests
- colibri-client: cargo fmt line break in upgrade stop log
- colibri-daemon: doc_lazy_continuation blank line in doctor.rs
- FREEBSD-BUILD-LANE.md: platform_notes mentions both FreeBSD + Linux (okf gate)
