New docs/FREEBSD-BUILD-LANE-HANDOFF.md: end-to-end steps for the FreeBSD agent
to build the Colibri release binaries + zot, run the clawdie-iso build (which
stages Colibri, creates the colibri user, enables the service), boot the image,
and run the acceptance runbook plus the Hermes rc.d checks — the runtime-proof
half of Priority 1.
Also replace three dangling `docs/ISO-INTEGRATION-PLAN.md` references (the file
does not exist) with the priority doc / new handoff, and align the README
status line with the re-scoped Priority 1 (validation, not wiring).
