Pass the tenant id as the Vaultwarden collection name for the 1:1:1 HIVE contract, and make colibri-vault log in, unlock, fetch, and lock for each provision call using the daemon's provider environment.\n\nTests: cargo fmt --check --package colibri-daemon --package colibri-vault; cargo test -p colibri-vault -p colibri-daemon -p colibri-store
