refactor: osa → mother in ssh + kitty skills (future-proof for hw deployment) c63bac1996

- Rename kitty-ssh-osa-truecolor → kitty-ssh-mother-truecolor
- Replace all 'OSA'/'osa' prose with 'mother' (the permanent role name)
- Keep real key comment (debby→osa-kitty-2026) as-is — it documents a real artifact
- SSH alias example uses 'mother' instead of 'osa'
