Colibri adapter

Colibri should import Layered Soul through the Layered Memory Fabric:

  • reviewed skills/**/*.md -> system_skills
  • memories/curated/**/*.md -> system_brain
  • converted task/job manifests -> system_ops

Raw sessions are archive material unless the operator explicitly requests summarization.
